Ambia Awarded Two Stevie Honors in the American Business Awards

Ambia earned two honors in the 2025 American Business Awards, with CEO Conner Ruggio receiving a Gold Stevie Award for Best Entrepreneur in Energy and COO Spencer Jensen receiving a Silver Stevie Award for Achievement in Management in Energy.

The American Business Awards recognize organizations, teams, and leaders across the United States. Judges highlighted Ambia’s growth, operational discipline, and commitment to building strong teams while serving homeowners with care.

The recognition reflects work across the company: leadership, operations, project planning, field execution, and customer experience all moving in the same direction.

Leadership that reaches the project level

Awards are earned far from the stage. They show up in the way teams are trained, how decisions are made, and how homeowners are supported when a project is active.

For Ambia, leadership means building the systems that help people do good work repeatedly. That includes better project visibility, stronger communication, safer field standards, and clearer expectations for every homeowner interaction.

Why operational discipline matters

Home improvement projects have a lot of moving parts: scope, materials, scheduling, permitting, installation, cleanup, and final documentation. Strong operations keep those moving parts from becoming confusion for the homeowner.

The American Business Awards recognition reflects a company focused on building that discipline at scale. It is a reminder that great service is not accidental. It is planned, practiced, and improved over time.
